4511 Modified drive Reduced shaft and slotted Dual Anchor Fixing

This is a example of a customised drive that's quite popular, Its a standard 4511 1/4 inch style but with a dual anchor fixing and aslotted reduced shaft approximately  8mm long and slotted to suit a motor or other drive connection, or simply for manual adjustment.
